Ny konkurranseklagenemnd til Bergen

Regjeringen har besluttet å opprette en uavhengig konkurranseklagenemnd, i tråd med Sundvolden-erklæringen. Det nye klageorganet skal etableres i Bergen i løpet av siste halvdel av 2016, “der det finnes et solid og godt fagmiljø på konkurranserett og økonomi å trekke på”. Les mer…
